Entech Solar™ is a leading developer of renewable energy technologies for the commercial and industrial markets. Entech designs concentrating solar modules that provide both electricity and thermal energy as part of its ThermaVolt™ product line. The Company also develops a state-of-the-art tubular skylight that provides superior light output and optical efficiency for the commercial and industrial green buildings initiatives.
Entech Solar, Inc. was formed following the acquisition of ENTECH, Inc., by WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. in January 2008. ENTECH had primarily been an R&D company that designed and produced concentrating solar PV technology. WorldWater™ was an engineering services company that designed and installed large solar projects. The combination of these two companies created a new and very powerful company with core competencies in both technology development and engineering services. Entech Solar, Inc. will focus on combining the strengths of each of its legacy companies to create an industry-leading, vertically-integrated, solar energy company.

About WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. WorldWater & Solar Technologies, founded in 1984, provided international solar engineering and project management with unique, high-powered solar electric technology and expertise, providing alternative energy solutions to a wide variety of customers in both domestic and international markets. Until 2002, WorldWater’s business was focused exclusively on providing developing countries with water and power solutions. After that, following power advances in its technology, the Company placed increased emphasis on designing and installing solar projects in the US. Notable projects include: 2MW for the Denver Airport, 2MW for the Fresno Airport, and 1.2MW for the Valley Center Water District.
