We aim to give our customers only the best products and services from us. One way to obtain that objective is to answer their inquiries and concerns immediately. Here are some frequently asked questions about commercial daylighting.
Are there any security tools for Envi Solar Daylighting Systems?
For the Bright-up collection and LED systems, the tubing’s diameter (10 inches and 14 inches) can effectively prevent unwanted entries into the system. Likewise, the Solar Master Series can provide two security tools in order to block entry at your roof level.
It has a stainless security bar inserted into its flashing turret, extending across the opening’s diameter. Rivets fasten this steel bar to block entry through its dome. Another security option consists of 3 rivets which is the dome security tool. These rivets have protective spacers that can be an alternative to standard screws. This dome security tool kit can also reduce the likelihood of the dome being removed.
What are the differences between the Secondary Systems and LED Primary Systems?
Envi Solar’s Primary System has an LED, daylight sensor, and driver, allowing users to brighten up a small indoor space. So, if you want to have another LED system, you may consider the “light and link” secondary system design.
Also, since the main system backs it, it doesn’t need a daylight sensor and driver. Thus, it is less pricey compared to its counterparts. Moreover, it comes with a cable wire that runs fifteen feet from the main system for synchronized operation and utmost fool-proof installation. Even though it can light up a room through several units, you should take note that primary systems must always be paired with secondary systems for smoother processes.
What is temperature maintenance? Why is it so important?
Temperature maintenance measures how well a particular system can generate reflected daylight without a shift in color. They specifically measured color model parameters that are associated with reflective surfaces and are utilized to identify the consistency of light spectrum as they are transported through a tube system. So, higher color temperature maintenance implies that the product can only produce a minimal spectral shift, allowing it to be an advisable interior illumination light source.
